چکیده مقاله:
Back ground: The bites of animals such as snakes and scorpions are among the most important problems related to human health, so that scorpion bites are the cause of the highest deaths due to the bites of poisonous organisms in the world.Scorpion bites are one of the major and important problems that cause losses in different regions according to lifestyle, socio-economic status, housing status, age, manner and location of the bite, how to provide health services and species in each region. On the other hand, exercise can cause plasma biochemical changes. Health is a significant issue in most societies and many solutions have been proposed to achieve it Since there was no study on the effect of exercise on the health of antibody-producing horses, we decided to examine the biochemical changes and two antioxidant enzymes that are related to equine health after moderate aerobic exercise. Methods: Sixteen clinically healthy Iranian horses injected with scorpion polyvalent were randomly divided into two groups: scorpion venom, scorpion venom and exercise. Blood samples before scorpion venom injection and aerobic exercise, twenty-four and seventy-two hours after scorpion venom injection and aerobic exercise at the end of the first charge period, twenty-four and seventy-two hours after scorpion venom injection and exercise Aerobic, collected at the end of the second charging period. Horses were trained for 22 weeks and 3 days each week. The results were analyzed using repeated measures in the range of p <0.05. Data analysis was performed by analysis of covariance for differences between groups and repeated measures were used to determine the effectiveness of group interventions. Results: : The results of repeated measurements in the two groups were compared with each other in 3 steps and there were significant changes in albumin, bilirubin, protein, AST, ALT, ALP, GGT, SOD and GPx (p <0.05) in the groups as well as bilirubin, SOD and GPx (p <0.05) between the groups. While there was no difference in other parameters. Conclosion: Aerobic exercise has beneficial effects on the horse's body after adaptation.Back ground: The bites of animals such as snakes and scorpions are among the most important problems related to human health, so that scorpion bites are the cause of the highest deaths due to the bites of poisonous organisms in the world.Scorpion bites are one of the major and important problems that cause losses in different regions according to lifestyle, socio-economic status, housing status, age, manner and location of the bite, how to provide health services and species in each region. Oxidative stress response to aerobic exercise: comparison of antioxidant supplements.
PURPOSE To compare the effects of two antioxidant formulas on biomarkers of oxidative stress before and after aerobic exercise. METHODS Aerobically trained men (N=25) and women (N=23) were assigned to one of three treatments: 400 IU of vitamin E+1 g of vitamin C (V; N=15), a fruit and vegetable juice powder concentrate (FV; N=16), or a placebo (P; N=17). Subjects ran for 30 min at 80% VO(2 ma...
متن کاملEvaluation of semen characteristics, oxidative stress, and biochemical indices in Arabian horses of different ages during the hot summer season
Egypt is anticipated to be potentially influenced by the global climate warming. Therefore, the current study aimed to evaluate the influence of age on the fertility potential of Arabian stallions during summer breeding months. Arabian horses grouped according to their age into three groups, each involved six stallions: young (5-6 years), middle (11-12 years) and old (15-20 years) age gro...

regional skin temperature response to moderate aerobic exercise measured by infrared thermography
conclusions there were significant distinctions in the skin temperature distribution during exercise according to the activity of the area under consideration during exercise, which may be important in the development of physiological models and heat flux analyses for different purposes. results during pre-exercise, all tsk reached a steady-state (p ≤ 0.05), which ensured adequate thermal stabi...
